Dietician Lavanya Balraj offers personalized nutrition and dietetics consultation services, including but not limited to weight management, clinical nutrition, women's wellness, meal planning, and total wellness coaching. These services are available online (via video call) and in-person at our Chennai clinic.

The information and advice provided by Dietician Lavanya Balraj are for nutritional and dietary guidance purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. You should always consult a qualified medical doctor for medical concerns. Our nutrition guidance complements — but does not replace — professional medical advice.

3. Consultations & Bookings

All consultations are booked through WhatsApp. By booking a consultation, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete health information to enable appropriate guidance • Attend sessions at the agreed time, or provide reasonable notice to reschedule • Understand that results from nutrition plans vary between individuals and are not guaranteed

4. Confidentiality

All personal and health information shared during consultations is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. Fees & Payments

Consultation fees are agreed upon prior to booking. Payment terms and methods will be communicated directly via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to update our fee structure at any time. Any changes will not affect consultations already booked and paid for.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.

7. Website Content

All content on this website — including text, images, service descriptions, and testimonials — is the property of Dietician Lavanya Balraj and may not be reproduced without written permission. Testimonials represent individual results and are not guarantees of outcomes for other clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dietician Lavanya Balraj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the specific consultation in question.
